If you are looking for a quote for a job where you can give us all pertinent information through our online forms, we can have a free estimate back to you in 24hrs or less. 

If we need to come out to the property for measuring or some other info, please allow up to 48hrs from initial contact.

Fili Property Maintenance holds all necessary insurances and permits to complete any given job we take on. 

If we do not hold the necessary insurance or license for your job, one of the many companies we work with closely who do  hold the licenses will be recommended to you.

We rarely run into this problem. But, it has come up. If you have absolutely anything wrong with any of the jobs we have completed for you, please reach out and let us know. We will fix it for free!
